Stallion chauffeur services Ltd

Terms & conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms apply when you book chauffeur hire with Stallion chauffeur services Ltd from our Romford / Hornchurch base. They follow the usual pattern used by UK private-hire and chauffeur operators in Greater London and Essex. Your booking confirmation is the operational contract for that journey. This page is a website summary, not legal advice.

1. Who we are and these terms

Stallion chauffeur services Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides chauffeur and private-hire style journeys including airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, and city tours. Our office is at 44B Stafford Avenue, Romford, Hornchurch, RM11 2ES, United Kingdom. You can reach us on +44 7936 361408 or +44 7376 644402.

By asking us to quote or by confirming a booking by phone or message, you agree to these terms. If anything on a written confirmation differs from this page, the confirmation for that booking takes priority.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A quote is an estimate, not a confirmed booking. A booking is accepted only when we confirm it to you (for example by call, text, or written note) with pickup time, locations, vehicle class, and fare basis.

You must give accurate passenger names, contact numbers, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, luggage (including golf bags or pushchairs), flight or train numbers where relevant, and any child-seat needs. We may decline a booking if we cannot fulfil it safely or lawfully.

Same-day work is offered only when the diary allows. We will be honest if we cannot take the job.

3. Quotes, fares and extras

Quoted fares are for the agreed route, vehicle class, and scheduled time unless we say otherwise. Unless the quote expressly includes them, the following may be added at cost or at the rate we confirm when you book:

  • Waiting time after the complimentary period
  • Airport, station, or venue parking and drop-off fees
  • London Congestion Charge and ULEZ where the journey incurs them
  • Dart Charge, M6 Toll, Dartford Crossing, and similar tolls
  • Meet & greet inside the terminal (if requested)
  • Additional stops, extra mileage, or a change of destination
  • Bank-holiday or unsocial-hours supplements, if stated on the quote

If road closures, events, or passenger requests change the journey, we may revise the fare and will tell you as soon as we reasonably can.

4. Waiting time and delays

Unless your confirmation says otherwise, complimentary waiting is:

  • Airport arrivals: 60 minutes from the actual landing time (or scheduled landing if we do not have a flight number).
  • Hotels, homes, offices, and other pickups: 15 minutes from the booked pickup time.

After that, waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks at the rate given on your quote. If we cannot reach you and the complimentary period has ended, we may release the vehicle. That journey may then be treated as a no-show.

We plan buffers for M25 and airport peaks, but we are not responsible for delay caused by traffic, weather, accidents, security, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Airports, flights and meet & greet

If you give us the airline and flight number at booking, we monitor the schedule and adjust pickup so you are not left searching in arrivals where that is reasonably possible.

Meet & greet (name board in arrivals) is only included if we confirmed it. Otherwise pickup is at the agreed curb or designated point. You remain responsible for allowing enough time for check-in, security, and boarding on departures.

Severe flight delays, diversions, or cancellations may mean we cannot hold the original vehicle indefinitely. Call us; we will rebook or apply waiting and cancellation rules fairly against the confirmation.

6. Changes, cancellations and no-shows

Ask for changes as soon as you can. Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup are best-effort and may not be possible at the original fare or vehicle.

Unless your confirmation sets a different scale, our standard cancellation policy is:

  • More than 24 hours before booked pickup: no cancellation charge
  • 12 to 24 hours before booked pickup: 50% of the agreed fare
  • Less than 12 hours before booked pickup: 100% of the agreed fare
  • No-show, or we cannot locate you after complimentary wait: 100% of the agreed fare

Cancellations must be acknowledged by us on one of the numbers above. If we have to cancel because we cannot fulfil the booking, we will refund any amount already paid for that unused journey.

7. Vehicles, drivers and passengers

We may substitute a vehicle of at least the same class if the booked car is unavailable. Request a familiar driver when you rebook; we will match when the roster allows.

Seatbelts must be worn. Child seats must be requested at booking; if we cannot supply one, you must provide a suitable seat. Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances in the vehicle are not permitted. Animals travel only if agreed in advance (assistance dogs excepted, subject to vehicle suitability).

You are responsible for passengers’ behaviour and for any soiling, damage, or lost property beyond reasonable wear. We may refuse or end a journey if a passenger is abusive, unsafe, or appears unfit to travel. Reasonable cleaning or repair charges may apply.

Luggage must fit safely in the booked vehicle. Tell us about extra bags, sports equipment, or mobility aids when you book.

8. Payment and accounts

We confirm payment method when you book. Most pre-arranged work is paid by card or bank transfer. Cash may be accepted on selected journeys if agreed in advance. Corporate accounts and invoicing (with reference fields) are available on request.

Unless you hold an agreed account, payment is due as stated on the confirmation—often before or at the start of the journey. Late-paid account invoices may incur reasonable recovery costs.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care in planning and driving the journey. We do not accept liability for missed flights, connections, meetings, or events where delay or failure is caused by traffic, weather, third-party action, inaccurate details you supplied, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. For other losses, our liability for a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking.

Please check the vehicle for belongings when you leave. We will try to return items left behind if you contact us promptly; postage or a return journey may be charged.

10. Complaints

If something was not right, call +44 7936 361408 or +44 7376 644402 as soon as you can, with the booking date, pickup, and what went wrong. We will look into it and reply as quickly as we reasonably can.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The version on this website when you book applies to that booking, unless your confirmation says otherwise.

12. Governing law

These terms and any booking with us are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local UK court if you are a consumer and the law allows it.
